Without the correct APN, your eSIM may have no data or limited connectivity.

When you insert an eSIM, the carrier usually auto-configures the APN.

How to find APN information in API response of eSIM Access?
- By making API calls:https://api.esimaccess.com/api/v1/open/esim/query, you may get “apn” information in API responses and remind your users to set it up when thet have issues.
2. All APN information for your eSIM plans is available in our eSIM Access Management Portal:
- Go to “My eSIM”
- Select your eSIM details
- Check the “APN” field (if manual setup is required)
Most eSIMs auto-configure APN, but if you experience connection issues, verify the APN matches your carrier’s settings.
