Brand Customization Settings #
Navigate to your Brand & Preferences section to configure your company’s appearance across all eSIM communications.
Configurable Elements #
- Logo: Click “Select file” to upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG recommended)
- Brand Name: Enter your company name (e.g., “Travel Plans”)
- Brand Slogan: Add your tagline (e.g., “Our Travel Plans”)
- Official Website: Your company website URL (e.g., “www.gotravel.com”)
- Support Email: Customer support email address (e.g., “info@gotravel.com”)
- Primary Color: Select your brand color using the color picker for buttons and headers
Saving Settings #
- Complete desired fields (optional fields use system defaults)
- Click “Save” to apply changes
- Use “Reset” to revert to previous settings
eSIM Delivery Options #

Email QR Code to Customers #
- Navigate to eSIM Details and click the “Action” tab
- Enter customer email in “Email QR Code to User” section
- Click “Send” to deliver eSIM information
