How do I refund an unused order?

We do not charge for unused eSIMs. You can use the Cancel feature to refund an unused eSIM order.

Steps: #

1. Find the eSIM you purchased and click on the name.
2. In the pop up, choose Action tab
3. In the Action tab, choose Cancel.

Cancel an eSIM via the API #

You can also cancel an order via the API or Make.com instance. API Cancel documentation.

Activated eSIMs #

Activated eSIMs can not be automatically canceled. For help with an Activated eSIM where a refund request needs to be made please contact support.
