eSIM Access and its partners may send SMS messages under the sender name “eSIMCarrier.”
If you receive an SMS from eSIMCarrier, it will include important details and information related to your travel eSIM.
Please note: our SMS service only works with active eSIM profiles. Once an eSIM is removed or disabled, it can no longer receive SMS messages.
Both eSIM Access and our partners may send service messages to notify end users about usage updates, top-ups, and other account details.
For more information, please review our webhook notifications to see which triggers can be used to send SMS messages.
