In this how to we show how you can take the webhook notifications from eSIM Access and send a SMS alert direct to the users it affects.
Getting started
You’ll need an eSIM Access account and Make.com account to start.
Set up
To start, create a new web hook trigger in a new Make.com scenario. This web hook will be placed into the eSIM Access console as your URL to be notified upon any eSIM events.
In order to test the triggering we have created several test triggers here which you can use to simulate various events.
Once you’ve sent the webhook notice, you can add the http module that will call the SMS endpoint. You’ll need to authenticate first, but once done your authentication is reusable.

After set up, and adding the appropriate filter, when there is a webhook notification sent regarding the low balance of an eSIM, this scenario will trigger an SMS alert to the end user.

Going further, users can send email and other notifications so that an end user has time to purchase a new eSIM or top up their existing one.
